Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I would like to inform you more about thyroid problems, sign and symptoms and the diagnosis.
The overproduction of the thyroid hormones in general is manifested with:

-Tachycardia, palpitation
-Wight loss
-Anxiety
-Insomnia
-Tremor
-Diarrhea, ect
But many of these symptoms may have other causes, that is why the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism must be confirmed with hormonal analyses.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed you should start the treatment to correct the hormonal level, but if the hormones are within the normal ranges you should discuss with your doctor to try to find another cause for your symptom.
Hope the information will be helpful.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
