I cant seem to get my doctor to call me with my test results but I was able to login and see them, allow I have no idea what it all means, I am hoping you can explain. So here they are: The right and left thyroid lobe measure 5.3 x 3 x 2.2 cm (18.3 mL) and 5.4 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm (11 mL), respectively. The thyroid gland is diffusely heterogeneous, particularly the right lobe. Left lobe: A cystic nodule is noted in the left lobe measuring 7 x 7 x 4 mm. A homogeneously echogenic nodule with a partial hypoechoic rim measures 5 x 5 x 4 mm. No significant central vascularity

hi.

your ultrasound means that you have lesions on your left thyroid gland which are most probably benign and subcentimeter in sizes. but you need to follow-up w your doctor accordingly for monitoring.
