Suggest Treatment For Throwing Up Blood

I think that I have torn some blood vessels in my stomach. Last week I forced myself to throw up. (I don’t have an eating disorder; I had just eaten something that made me nauseous) At the time I threw up small amounts of fresh red blood. Almost a week later I still have stomach pains and some things I eat or drink are starting to taste of ash. Is there anything I can to aid the healing process?
