Suggest Treatment For This CT Scan Report Of Kidney

I had a cat scan 1.5 weeks ago and I have moderate hydroureteronephrosis with mild periureteral stranding. the stone measures 4 mm is is located at the left ureterovesical junction. does this usually pass on its own or do you think I will need a intervention

I appreciate your health concerns
As there is hydroureter with hydronephrosis, the stone has stuck. These stones usually don't pass on their own. You should see a Urologist so that intervention can be done in time to prevent any further damage to kidneys as well as to ureter....
Meet urologist as soon as possible.
