Suggest Treatment For Thin Endometrium
Hi, I am 34 years old. married for 4 years. Currently I am undergoing IVF treatment. My problem is endomedrium is thin. It was 4mm in my previous cycle. IVF transfer was not done. I was recommended Progynova 2 mg tablets four times a day. 2-2-2-2. Even with this course my endometrium did not develop. What do you suggest please.

It might be due to a low estrogen level. Other causes must be ruled out. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. Hormone replacement therapy or OCP may be required in some cases.
