Suggest Treatment For Terrible Anxiety

Hi im 21 male and have terrible anxiety about (blood pressure) today i checked and it was 152/90 heart rate 97 i was walking just a bit before i tested it and got a little anxious while the cuff was tightening against my arm what can i do too calm down?

I recommend that you see a medical doctor to rule out any physical issue that may be affecting your anxiety and blood pressure. Other than that you can try deep breathing. Breathing VERY SLOWLY in and VERY SLOWLY out can calm you, lower your blood pressure and lower your pulse rate.
