Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safest abortion drug. But it should be used under supervision of gynecologist for successful abortion after confirming intrauterine pregnancy after transvaginal USG scan.
Do not try this abortion pill at home as it cause complication like excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion, abnormal development of pregnancy and infection.
My procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.
Sometime double dose may required that will decide by gynecologist according to abortion status. Abortion process will start after 30-45 minutes of using misoprostol and will complete in 4-6 days.
Completeness of abortion process should be check by USG after 14 days.
