Hallow Dear,

After the diagnosis of pregnancy is confirmed, you may go for termination of pregnancy by Tab. Mifepristone followed after 24-48 hours by Tab. Misoprostol. Unwanted kit contains these medicines. These medicines are not 'over the counter' medicines and need to be taken by Obstetrician's prescription and advice. They can safely terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation. Usually abortion process starts within 3 days after the last Misoprostol tablet.

These medicines cause developmental errors in the baby; hence in case of failure of these medicines, the pregnancy should not be continued; it should be terminated by surgical procedure like MVA.

However, the results of your wife's pregnancy taste are rather peculiar and may be alarming. The second line is faint. It means that the test is weak positive. This may happen in following conditions:

1. Test performed very early in pregnancy
2. Abortion
3. Pregnancy implanted outside the uterine cavity - Ectopic pregnancy.

In former two conditions, Medicines will lead to abortion. However, if it is ectopic pregnancy, complete scenario will change. These medicines can terminate only the intrauterine pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy which is implanted somewhere else than the uterine cavity (usually tube) can rupture causing alarming bleeding. It then requires surgical intervention with many units of blood transfusion.

Therefore, first get the location of the pregnancy confirmed by ultrasonography. If it is intrauterine pregnancy, you may opt for Medial termination of pregnancy; however if it is ectopic pregnancy, please do not go for Unwanted kit, report to a Gynaecologist ASAP.

I hope you have got the message and will act accordingly.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
First you have to confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG or by USG, that is more accurate than urine pregnancy detection kit.
& yes its better time for this step.u hv nit to worrying at all.
Better to consult the gynecologist for abortion to prevent complication of it.
You can used mifeprex abortion kit.

Kit contain five tablet-
One tablet of Mifepristone 600 mg (One tablet) take orally after meal

After 24 hr of oral tablet, put four tablet of misoprostol in to vagina under the supervision of gynecologist
With in 1-2 hours of punting tablet in to vagina , bleeding will come out and that is conception product/embryo.
If withdrawal bleeding will not come , double dose may be needed in some case

Slight Bleeding and abdominal cramp may continue for 4-6 days.
Follow up USG is needed to confirm the incomplete abortion.

After using kit take following advice:
Proper rest
Tablet meftal spas
Tablet globac-Z
Healthy diet with adequate vitamin and mineral supplemets
Drink lots of drinks
Relaxation and stretching exercise
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Also check for foul smelling vaginal discharge for infection.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
