Suggest Treatment For Tenderness Of Shin And Bruises After A Fall
Hi I fell down some steps and landed on concrete on my shin 8 days ago. My shin is still tender but the bruise seems to be getting bigger every day. My ankle is very bruised looking today although doesn t really hurt to touch. Is this a normal progression of a bruise after falling hard?

If Only bruses with no external wounds or abrasion. Ice pac application 3 times a day. And tablet diclofenac sos. For pain.
