Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicles

Hi Doctor. I m a 15 year old and hurt my testicles a few days ago. I was taken to the hospital a couple of days later when I saw major swelling! We found out that one of my testicles had swollen up and the sonar/x-ray could only bealy pick it up but know the non injured testicle is painful! We were planing to have surgery soon to remove the testicle but know I might have to remove both. I m going to see the doctor today if the pain persists! My question is can I still develop my masculinity and reach full puberty with out both my testes?

HI
Well come to HCM
If the testes being removed then the reproductive system get affected but masculinity would be intake, in my opinion better to discuss this with the surgeon because removing the testis because of injury is very unlikely unless it is being destructed very badly (crushed) hope this information helps, take care.
