Suggest Treatment For Swollen Skin Around The Wounds On Penile Shaft

A week ago I picked what I thought were zits on the shaft of my penis. Now the skin around the wounds are swollen and won t scab over. They don t appear to be healing. The wounds arent very deep but are bright pink around the edges and whitish in the middle. One is located near my uretha. It burns when I pee. And pimple like bumps are appearing near the wounds.
