Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node With Lung Cancer In Tests

I have swollen lymph gland on one side of my neck for 3 weeks, blood tests ok (not latest blood test that detects lung cancer) but biopsy not for 8 weeks, I have primary biliary cirrhosis and cutaneous lupus. Xray had to be repeated as possible cyst on rib would like to know if I should try to get earlier biopsy
