Suggest Treatment For Swollen Joints With RA Factor 90

Hello Dr. I am a RA patient. RA hit me 3 yrs back. I was in Bangalore and relocated to Chennai for change of weather for my health purpose. In March 2008 my RA factor was negative hence I assumed I have no arthritis however, recently my blood report again has shown RA factor to be 90. I did not take any medications so far. Now I get daily swelling especially when I wake up and it takes me 1 to 2 hours to come to normal routine. I need help and details to reach a Rhuematologist nearby to Tambaram. I need to start proper treatment to have sort of painfree life. My email YYYY@YYYY
