OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Positive urine pregnancy test and engorged breasts are indicative of pregnancy. Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to
1. Threatened or missed abortion
2. Bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
3. Ectopic pregnancy
The exact diagnosis can be made by proper examination and ultrasound.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health
