Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle

I got hit in the ankle with a soft ball. It hit the front of it where if you flex your a clue a tendon is very prominent. It hurt a lot at the start then pain went completely down. About an hour late rut started to hurt again. It is bruised and swollen. And hurts the most when it is flexed.

Here according to history it seems ankle muscular strain or tendon inflammation ....

X ray local part has to be done to rule out fracture ...

Meanwhile take ibuprofen like drug for inflammation relief. ...

Take rest ...

Avoid heavy weight bearing ....

Crap bandage might needed for few days. ..

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination....
