Hi,
I understand your concern.
The itchy and swollen vagina with white discharge/ redness ( anditchy? )
between the cheekbuts --seems to be due to fungal infection transmitted while sex/created due to improper genital hygiene. You need -
- to consult a gynecologist, get physically examined to confirm the condition. Such couples are usually treated by Tab metranidazole orally along with local ointment/pessaries ( Flucanozole) .
Maintenance of genital hygiene/clanliness( by both partners) is of utmost importance for maintaning good sexual relationship.
Thanks.
