Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Little Finger With History Of Fibromatosis

my daughter 14 has infantile digital fibromatosis she started at the age of 6mths in right ring finger as small swelling which gradually increased in size swlling was removed but now she has developed surgical contracture in that finger now she has devoloped small swellings on little finger also which are leading to mild flexion deformity what treatment can be done
