Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise On The Foot

I dropped a heavy table on the top of my foot. Its swollen and bruised but I can still walk with some difficulty. I can t curl my toes and it hurts to put weight on the ball of my foot or to roll through a step all the way to the toes. What should o do?

First step in this scenario should always be seeking medical attention, In crush injuries it's always advised to get fractures ruled out.
After it is ruled out then few other measure can help one heal better.
+ Take pain killers like Exaderine or brufen for pain.
+ Icing of the area will help.
+ Wrap crepe bandage around the damaged area.
+ Take good rest.
+ Avoid putting weight on the area of damage.

It is expected to gett better with matural course of healing bruise and functionality will get back to normal soon but it is advised to get any fracture ruled out by a doctor.
