What is the recommended treatment for MRI results which indicate lateral femoral condyle bone bruise with subtle subchondral nondisplaced fracture plus bone bruise of fibular head with associated subtle nondisplaced fibular head fracture ? No ligaments are torn and there s no joint effusion.
