Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. You are already aware that these are stress related. Being in continuous stress releases some negative hormones into the system. Once the stress is passed they get reabsorbed or neutralized. If those negative hormones are continuously injected into the blood for some time, body transforms itself into a "continuous stress" state. That stress state remains even if your mind calms down. Body stress makes you anxious. That causes panic symptoms. This is actually happening to you. I advise you to practice meditation and psychotherapy for complete cure.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
