Suggest Treatment For Sun Burn

I got sunburn a week ago. It has completely peeled, but the new skin that began to show, when the old skin peeled off, looks like I have goosebumps. You can t feel any bumps when you rub it, and nothing hurts. I was just hoping someone would know why it LOOKS like goosebumps, and how to fix it. It s on my upper back and shoulders, and noticeably different from the rest of my skin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
