65 age 140lbs 5 8 male decent health under eye lash left two blue bulges one very small the other small pea size. can the contents be drawn out with syringe and needle or is the bulge hard dry blood and the mass have to be popped out of the vein???

Hello
Stye is because of inflammation of the zeiss and moll glands of the eyelids secondary to infection.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.
If the condition does not resolve incision and drainage is required.

Swelling under eye lashes means it is in palpebral conjunctiva. It can be stucked gland. If required it is to be excise and scooped out. do not try to aspirate. Get it examined by eye doctor take necessary treatment asper his advise.
