Suggest Treatment For Stress

Can you tell me what kind of medication could help me. I am a full time mom of 6 . 2 of which are my stepdaughters whos mother is getting death sentence and they are only 10 and 6 and on top of that the 6yr old has multiple medical problems.I can't sleep at night. My husband works 2nd shift from 1:30 to 1:30. I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders I have to do all the house work alone plus the other kids are only 5,3,19 months, and 1month. I feel like I am gnna loose it everyday I just want to run. Is there anything my doc could give me to help manage
