I have dealt with strabismus since I was a little girl. I am now almost thirty and still have this problem. I've had two corrective operations on my eye for this problem. However, neither operation helped. Is there anything else I can do to help remedy the situation?

It seems from the history that you are having strabismus from childhood.
Since you have reached thirty years now the only thing which can be done is squint surgery for cosmetic purpose to improve your cosmetic appearance.
