Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ulcers During Pregnancy

I have stomach ulcers. I am four weeks pregnant and have terrible cramps which subside after I empty my stomach. I always have to go the bathroom when they start and the pain disappears after passing stool. I was given Nospa to help with pain and I would like to know if it s safe to take in my condition and medical history or maybe I can take nosic which my friend recommends highly. Thanks.

Hello,
I appreciate your concern. If i were your doctor, i would recommend you to take liquid ulgel syrup one spoonful 2 to 3 times a day. Also i would advise you not to keep your stomach empty, because this will generate acid in stomach and worsen your condition, so always take some food at the interval of 1-2 hour, so it will help you to remove the cramps.
Don't take any kind of pain killer medicines without consulting your doctor, because it may harm your baby.
