Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Sore Rectum After Rough Sex

After having rough vaginal sex the other day my stomach hurt during and after. Now my rectum is really sore and I feel a lot of pressure on it as if I always need the toilet. It really hurts when I go to the toilet too and sitting down or getting up. It has been constantly sore. I came on my period a two days after having sex if that helps.

Hello,

Since you have sore rectum, take sitz bath at least twice a day, it will give you relieve. Take antacids and antispasmodics to get relieve from stomach pain. Take semi solid food and stay well hydrated to prevent constipation. you can take laxatives at bed time for better and easier bowel movement. You can apply ointment Rapid relief with Lidocaine for relieve from anal pain. You are suggested to avoid rough sex and not go for anal sex. Always opt for protected sex. Avoid multiple partners.
