Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Hear Burn

I have had a pain in my stomach like the pain you get after someone punches you in the stomach, for 3 days now. The pain is located in the center of my chest just below my rib, What could this be? I have had serious heart burn have had to Omeprazole. I have not been on Omeprazole in about 2 weeks, and Saturday night, had severe heart burn which did not go away with Tums or by taking an Omeprazole.

Hello, this is Dr yash
I have gone through your question.
May I know little more history related to your symptoms.
What is you age?
Is this pain radiating to your left arm?
Is that associated with sweating or vomiting?

According to your symptoms, mostly this is Gastritis.

If this is for long time, you may have H. Pylori infection.
For that you have to go for Upper GI endoscopy.
And take same antacid like( tab. Pantaprazole 40 mg twice a day before food., syrup mucain gel 5 ml thrice a day.
Avoid spicy food.

I think I have answered your question, if you have any other question feel free to ask.
Thanks
