Suggest Treatment For Stage 4 Breast Cancer

I have stage 4 breast cancer, diagnosed 2/15/2012. 10 doses of radiation (to my spine thoracic), 2 of chemo. Everything else has been pallutive. One pea size met in right breast. Back broke July of 2012 due to numerous mets in spine, primarily thoracic. Vertablasty to T-10, & 11. Healed poorly. Neurapathy in both legs from ankles down; blood clot in right leg. Comodin 7.5 mg 5 days/wk. Tues & Sat. 5 mg. Each day. Had flu approx 1 month ago. 5 days ago rattling breathing, difficulty breathing. By yesterday, so bad went to walk-in clinic...doc said go to hospital. Suspected pneumonia, 1st hospital thought same, then pulmonary embolism, ended up...cope. Given steroid shot & script for 40mg prednisone for 5 days. Albuterol sulfate 3ml ampul & ceftriaxone sodium 1 gm in h20 for injection plus script for 300 mg cefdinir 2X day. Does this sound okay for the diagnosis?
