Suggest Treatment For Spasms In The Jaw Line And Around The Eye

Hi Doctor, I have been suffering with Trijeminal neuralgia that started after a bells palsy incident after chemo. It has been three years since the episode of bells palsy... yet I still suffer from extreme spasms in my left jaw line and eye area. Is there some paticular treatment that could help this!

tablet carbamazepine is indicated for trigeminal neuralgia but before starting it get a neurologist opinion to confirm the diagnosis and suitability for the drug.
