Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I was spray painting my bathroom on Saturday, without a mask for a while, breathed in some paint. Throat has been a little sore, getting better, no problems breathing. Went to doctor he said I was fine. However, my chest has irritating pains. I was wondering when these might subside. They are not severe, I think my lungs are just irritated. Thank you, Steven.
