I drank sat nite woke up Sunday feeling fine. Later that nite had a slight irritation area the around throat. Mon have painful swallowing and difficult eating. today still painful to swallow and there s a lump like something stuck in my throat. To the left I have a sore throat

hello,thanks for your query, sorethoat could be due to your chilled drinks. you can start salt water gargling and simple paracetamol 5oomg twice daily. in case of persisitent pain , difficulty in swallowing, you need too see an ent surgeon. hope i have answered your query.all the best. take care.
