Hello dear,
sore throat mainly due to viral and bacterial infection.
Take rest and plenty of fluids.
Do warm salted water gargle 3-4 time/day
Do betadine gargle 3-4 time/day.
Use humidifier.
For pain relief use ibuprofen or naproxen.
If it is due to bacterial infection take levofloxacin or azithromycin.
Hope this advice may help you.
