About a week ago I thought I was having a yeast infection.well then my clitoris became sore to the touch and now I have right in the crease of the inside front of lips of vagina is red blotches that burn kind of like razor burns.i also have what look like pimples pn outside of vagina

Hi,
Your problem can be due to itching of the part due to fungal infection OR RUBBING with tight undergarments. If there is itching with milky white vaginal discharge, you need oral medication (Fluconazole) dose to be prescribed by a gynecologist after examining you)But there is no white discharge. You can try apply Surfaz-SN ointment mixed with Betnovate-N ointment, gently two or three times a day and take tab. Ibugesic twice a day after food. NO relief in 3 days demands consultation of gynecologist.
