Suggest Treatment For Small Lumps On The Throat And Sore Throat

Several years ago was treated for sinus infection, soon after I started having little white kernals lodging in throat... for a while I was capable of coughing them up or spitting them up.... last couple years,
they are harder to expell and often causing throat soreness... what can I do?

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that the white kernels present at the back of throat that you could even spit out at times seems to be Tonsil stones or Tonsilloliths that are formed due to calcification of food particles and debris that gets accumulated over the tonsils..
They are although harmless but can cause throat infection and bad breath..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can remove the stones manually..
To prevent further occurrence you can do warm saline gargles, gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Always gargle after eating anything and limit the intake of dairy products..
