Suggest Treatment For Small Boils On The Pubic Area

Hi, I am 20 yrs old and I have boils frequently on my private parts...it actually never leaves ...for more than a year now and it is not as a result of shaving and also my inner thighs are peeling off and turned really black..what are the causes, effects and cure for these??

I would suggest you to get your blood sugar levels checked and get appropriate treatment to get your blood sugar levels in control.
