I wake prior to midnight after two hours sleep every night and do not go back to sleep. No matter what time I nod off, two hours is the maximum. This used ot be three but now I am getting less sleep. It has been over 1 years since I have had more than six hours. Desperate.
u need proper way to get sleep. plz following 1.set sleep time and u have to stick on it 2.tea,coffe soft drinks alcohol should avoid 3 hours before sleep. 3. avoid heavy meal in dinner 4.regular exercise and meditation. 5. no nap in afternoon 6.if any comorbid medical and psychiatrical condition present thn treat it if not improve u can take mild dose of medicines like tab.zolpidame 5 mg at bed time
