I have always had allergy issues. So I have always blown off my headaches as sinus headaches. However, for the past yr they have been more frequent. Specifically my right side.I have had 2 episodes as of recent in the past week of light headedness..one while I was driving. My knuckles ache alot now, I notice my hands go numb sometimes...ie when I hold a book?kindle. I have been taking way too much Advil and I know the ibuprofin can have

Sinus headaches are a symptom of sinus infections, which can due to allergy. For sinus headache you can take painkiller tab paracetamol, Acetaminophen, Naproxen after prescription can help in sinus headache.
- Self care - rising the inside of the nose with warm salt water to flush out irritants and excess mucus
- Supportive care - Saline solution- salt water to replace bodily fluids, clean wound, irrigate the sinuses and rinse contact lenses
- Steam inhalation.

Your knuckle pain can arise from a number of different causes like different affecting conditions in knuckle structure like skin, nerves, muscles, joints, tendons, bones, ligaments, blood vessels and connective tissues. Osteoarthritis is also a common cause of knuckles pain.

Here are some points can help you:
- Ice - Applying ice to sore knuckles can help reduce swelling and pain
- Medication- take painkiller like NSAIDS can help to reduce pain and swelling after prescription
- Vitamin C- vitamin c also can help to reduce pain in joints
