Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The shoulder pain radiating to neck and head can be secondary to spasm of the neck muscles(torticolis), which might result in pain in the neck, shoulder and head. This can occur because of the abnormal sleeping posture, excessive load on the neck or shoulder muscles. Nothing to be panic, you can take an analgesic like diclofenac with muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone(if you are not allergic) after consulting your physician. You can give hot fomentation over the muscles.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
