General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of severe pain in the right and the left side of the abdomen after treatment for ovarian cyst. This is happening particularly after passing motion.
If the pain is so severe, it is wise to get the investigations done:
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool to find the probable cause.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
All these tests will help the clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon to find the cause and get you the most appropriate treatment.
I find this answer helpful
