had a utilast week-symptoms got worse-went to er with sharp painin right side into back-told it was a muscle spasm. symptoms contimued-yesterday burning pain in chest-achy arms and lower leg. nthis morning chest pain with a low body temp, achy leg but no pain in arm. no fever,nodiarhea, no blood or pus. what could this be?could it be gallbladder as pai nis on right side mostly?
