Hi I am 33 years old. I have been to the dr. had echo done they found nothing wrong except to tell me anxiety. My heart hurts on the right side like a quick sharp pain and it can hit whenever. This has been going on for about a year now. but then went away for a while and now is back. Sometimes I feel like I can't take a breath and have to swollow to how I put it remember how to breath. Is it stress or get a second opinion???

hai,

I gone through your query,As your Echo is normal.

i advise you to investigate ECG(Electrocardiogram)and Treadmill test to rule out any ischemic changes(lack of oxygen supply to the tissues) with the heart muscle during normal and in exercise.
with this report we can identify the cause for the breathlessness and sharp pain.
sometimes heartburn will also have such condition.

kindly consult a Cardiologist for second opinion for further treatment and management.
thank you
hope i answered your query
