Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Acute PUO with ?Malaria as the fever started with vomiting and stomach aches. Possibility of Cerebral Malaria or Encephalitis with Viral Fever needs to be kept in mind while treating this case. For age of your daughter - one needs to rule out Bacterial Meningitis / and TB Meningitis. I would suggest -PBS for Malarial parasites Fever and vomiting ocuring with Fever spikes points at Malaria with gastritis / or Viral Gastritis with Acute Pyerexia. But the fact of sore throat lately,points to Viral / or bacterial / or ? malarial(very rarely) causes of such a fever.
