General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
It appears from your complaints that you could be having deficiency of mainly calcium and vitamin D. This could be due to hormonal changes occurring premenopausally.
Kindly take the following medications to supplement for deficiency.
1. Tablet. Shelcal (Calcium) 500mg once a day after food for 1 month.
2. Capsule. Becadexamin (Multivitamin and Mineral) once a day at bedtime for 1 month.
You should start feeling better from a week to ten days.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best and wish you good health.
