Suggest Treatment For Severe Psoriasis On Scalp And Body
Dear Doctor, This is for my mother. she has severe psoriasis on her scalp and full body. Now she has very little hair on scalp. first 3 years she took ayurvedic medicines. now she has started allopathic. Her main problem is getting heavy dandruff on scalp, then itching full body, and severe dryness of skin. several oil she applied for reducing the dryness. but no use. I heard that for reducing the dryness and itching, paraffin liquid is useful. can I suggest Paraffin liquid 100% to her. Please advice me in this regard... Joolie Please advice...

clean it after using shampoo. apply dexamethasonecream. or can apply pregmatar ointment. or apply retinoid ointment or saly cyclic acid ointment
