Suggest Treatment For Severe Psoriasis
I have severe psoriasis from head to legs.. What is the best medicine could you prescribe for me...I went already to dermatologist they give me cream and spray in my scalp but it doesn t work??? I was undergo for tanning too..I need a cream that helps my itches ness and something oil for scalp that heals fast. I suffer this psoriasis for 4 months already...I hope you give some proper medication to help to cure my psoriasis.. Thank you and God bless...

Hello, if your diagnosis is confirmed and the condition is extensive, you may need systemic treatment like Methotrexate..You need to talk to your dermatologist for this option
For the time being, you use topsor lotion on the scalp at bedtime daily, silkin shampoo for scalp wash trice weekly
Topisal 3% lotion local application on the body lesions twice daily
apply coconut oil on the body post bathing
