Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain
i am having pain in my pelvic region but its not intense it feels like something is there..like in my ovary /fallopian tube. I have never been pregnant an i have been having sex with my boyfriend without protection. I was wondering if i should go to the hospital?

Pelvic pain may be due to PID(pelvic inflammatory disease),genito-urinary calculus,colitis etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen is important in your case.Ultrasound can also exclude possibility of pregnancy.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
