Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that pain on the inner side or medial side of elbow seems to be due to Medial
Epicondylitis also know as Golfer's elbow..
It leads to pain on the inner side of elbow that can raise to forearm as well as wrist..
I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and a proper clinical evaluation and examination of patient by making patient to rest his hand on table with palm up and bend the wrist inwards while resistance is applied by doctor..
If there is Golfers elbow pain will be felt on the inside aspect of elbow..
You will be advised to take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
You can apply an
analgesic ointment over the elbow all around and put a brace or a crape bandage over it..
You can do cool compresses over it..
In severe cases
Steroid injection can be advised..
You can also be advised
Physiotherapy under a trained Physiotherapist..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
