Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea And Vomiting
I have nausea sometimes in the middle of the night and occasionally I m sick and do vomit, but not always. What could it be.?? I m healthy, eat good although i m not a big eater. Sat. night I got sick in the night and felt like I had to vomit but just did the gagging without vomiting. Then I seemed ok for 2 days and then today I ve been slightly nausea. Help.

Severe nausea or occasional vomiting can be because of stress,depression, giddiness or motion sickness.
Considering this case here I am ruling out most common infective or indigestive causes.
you might require some routine blood works with ESR,blood electrolytes to rule out infective cause.
So you need psychological assurance with anti-emetics like tab.ondaserton 3 or 4 times a day along with other medications.
Consult physician for complete treatment.
