Suggest Treatment For Severe Liver Failure

my father is in severe liver failure and all blood test show this . this was two years ago , so he would not follow Dr. orders . put him on hospice and he is still within functional levels , he also continues to drink and take required medication to keep him comfortable , but there is absolutely no jaundice I keep waiting but none . so confused as to why he is not yellow . liver failure , cirrhosis ,and hep. a and c why is he not orange by now ? his abdomen does swell time to time , but the way the doctors put it he should have passed by now ....I am just so confused especially about the yellowing of the eyes and skin . they still appear normal . I am still watching but nothing.

Liver cirrhosis is irreversible stage of alcoholic liver disease. As per your history your father looks to have decompensation with ascites. He needs to stop alcohol and needs to keep on measures preventing progression of the disease including endoscopy.
