General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

According to history here you are having main complaint of leg pain...
Kindly mentioned report that has been done until now...

Your work up should started with simple hb estimation and CBC with peripheral smear examination.....

If anemia present than corrected accordingly. Like that by iron tablets or B12 injections....

Serum calcium level should also be checked and corrected with cholecalciferol sachet once a week according to need...

Thyroid problem can lead weakness for which serum TSH estimation and free t4 can be done..

Take care

Advise : Physician consultation for examination and further work up
